Data collected by us

At checkout we collect your name, email, phone number and shipping address: these are needed to create the order and are shared with the courier handling the shipment and with our payment processor (Stripe) to process payment. The cart contents are saved only in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers, until you complete an order.

If you subscribe to the newsletter or participate in the wheel of fortune we collect your email address, used only to send you the discount code and commercial communications, at your explicit request (consent): you can revoke it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

The site uses third-party cookies and scripts to measure traffic and the performance of advertising campaigns: Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Google Ads for visit statistics and conversions, Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how the site is used (heat maps, anonymous session recording) These services may set cookies on your browser and, in the case of Google and Microsoft, the data may also be processed outside the European Union on the basis of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the GDPR.

Purpose and legal basis

The checkout data is processed to execute the sales contract (order processing, shipping, after-sales assistance) and for the legal tax obligations. The newsletter/wheel of fortune data is processed on the basis of your consent. Statistical and advertising cookies are active on the basis of consent or the legitimate interest to measure and improve the service, depending on the type of cookie. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for purposes other than those described here.

Retention of data

Order data is stored for the time required by tax and accounting obligations (10 years). Newsletter data is stored until you revoke your consent.Statistical data is stored according to the default periods of the respective tools (typically 14 months for Google Analytics).

Your rights

At any time you can request access, rectification, cancellation or limitation of the processing of your data, object to the processing or request portability, by writing to the page Contacts.
