Shipping and returns

In Italy: Free shipping on ordersfor orders over 100€. In Italy the shipping has a fixed cost of5,90€For other countries, the exact cost depends on the destination and the contents of your cart: we calculate it in real time at checkout, before confirming your order — so you always know in advance how much you'll pay, no surprises. No free-shipping threshold outside Italy.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. You can also see these in preview at checkout along with the cost. All shipments are tracked and you will receive a code to track them in real time.

You can pay by credit/debit card, PayPal or Klarna (where available): the order is put into preparation as soon as payment is confirmed.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within14 daysYou can return the product within 14 days from receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.Contactsindicating the order number: the product must be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging, with all accessories included.

Returns of opened or used items, without the original packaging, damaged by the customer, or requested after 14 days from delivery are not accepted.

The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.The returned product is verified within 3 working days of receipt; the refund is credited to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 working days.
